1. Turn on Subtitles on MovieCon on Connected Devices
▶ Videos with Subtitles available will have “” underneath the video.
You can also adjust the size and color of the text used for subtitles via the Subtitles Settings menu.
2. Play a video at different speeds
▶ You can play a video at different speeds on any device.
Go to a video. Hover over the player and click ““. Select the speed at which you'd like the video to play.
3. Watch in full screen
▶ Go to the video you'd like to watch.
At the bottom-right of the video player, click “” Full screen .
If you want to exit full screen, click “” Full screen exit at the bottom-right of the video player or double-click the video.
If you have problems viewing videos, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of your browser.
4. Video progress bar
▶ The video progress bar makes it easy to check where you left off the last time you watched a video. When you leave a video
without finishing it, a red bar under the video thumbnail shows you where you left off. When you play the video again, it will
restart from where you were.
The progress bar is only available when you’re signed in to your MovieCon Account.

1. Create an account on MovieCon
▶ To sign in to MovieCon, you'll need to create a MovieCon Account. A MovieCon Account lets you use many MovieCon features including Like, Watch Later, and Watch History.
Go to MovieCon. In the top right, click ‘Sign in’. Click ‘Create your MovieCon account’ Button
2. Manage subtitle setting
▶ You can change the default settings for captions on your computer or mobile device.
Go to MovieCon. In the top left, click ‘Setting’. Click ‘Change’ for Closed Caption.
3. Manage Resolution setting
▶ You can change the default settings for the video quality of any video you're watching on a computer, TV, or mobile device.
Go to MovieCon. In the top left, click ‘Setting’. Click ‘Change’ for Resolution.
Note: Choosing lower video quality will make videos start more quickly. The video player will remember this setting for future videos you watch.
4. Manage Preference setting
▶ If you prefer animation, you can change the default setting for the Preference to Animation.
Go to MovieCon. In the top left, click ‘Setting’. Click ‘Movie’ or ‘Animation’ button for Preference.
5. Manage Autoplay setting
▶ The Autoplay feature on MovieCon makes it easier to decide what to watch next. After you watch a MovieCon video, we’ll
automatically play another related video based on your viewing history.
You can always turn off or turn on ‘Autoplay’ button at the ‘Setting’ menu or ‘Next’ section from Streaming page.

1. Issues While Playing MovieCon Contents
(What to do when video titles won't play or if you see error message)
▶ Restart your device.
Ensure that your device or web browser has the latest updates.
Pause other Internet activity – especially if other devices are using the network at the same time.
Check your Internet connection.
If you are able to connect to the Internet on other devices, update your connected device’s DNS settings. Please check with your device’s manufacturer for steps on how to do this.
Disable any VPN or proxy servers.
2. Issues with streams on MovieCon
(What to do if you're having problems watching live streams or events on MovieCon.)
▶ If you're having issues watching live streams or live events on MovieCon, please ensure that you are watching on a supported device, and have a sufficient download speed.
MovieCon recommends a minimum download speed of 3MB/s for SD content, 5MB/s for HD content, and 10MB/s for FHD.

1. What is MovieCon?
MovieCon is a streaming service that allows users to watch a wide variety of award-winning movies, TV shows, animations and more on thousands of internet-connected devices.
With MovieCon, you can enjoy unlimited viewing of our content. There's always something new to discover, and more animations and movies are added every month!

2. Can I Watch MovieCon Video If I Travel Abroad?
(Title availability varies country by country while traveling internationally.)
When traveling internationally, you may not see the same titles as when you're streaming at home due to geographical licensing restrictions.
3. How can I delete search history?
You can also clear your entire view history, remove individual search entries from ‘My List’.
Where to find ‘My List’ menu: Go to MovieCon. In the top menu, hover over 'My page' Click ‘My List'.
4. What is monthly (regular payment) subscription?
Monthly payment is made at regular payments.
If you are a yearly regular subscriber, your amount will be automatically paid once a month.
5. If I cancel my subscription, is there no next payment?
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for the part that has already been paid.
You can use it until the expiration date.
If you cancel it a day before the expiration date, the next additional payment will not be made.
You can check and cancel your subscription in the subscription management.
6. The payment has been made automatically. Can I get a refund?
MovieCon application’s payment is automatically made every month.
You must cancel your subscription before the next payment date after applying for the subscription, so it will not be automatically paid on the next payment date.
To cancel your payment, you need a Google ordering number that starts with GPA.
As soon as you make your payment, you receive a receipt to your Google Account email address, and you can find an order number starting with GPA.
You can cancel this order only if you send this order number to Customer Support.

MovieCon provides a personalized service that allows Members to access movies and TV shows ("MovieCon Supported Devices") via Internet streaming to certain TVs, computers and other devices connected to the Internet ("MovieCon Supported Devices").
These Terms of Use govern your use of the MovieCon Service. As used in these Terms of Use, "MovieCon Services", "Our Services" or "Services" means all of MovieCon's features, recommendations and reviews, websites, user interfaces, as well as all content and software related to our Services.
1. Membership
1.1. MovieCon membership continues until terminated. To use the MovieCon service, you must have an Internet access or MovieCon-enabled device. Also, it is mandatory to offer at least one payment method for the use of the service from the MovieCon subscription. ‘The payment method’ is defined as the approved and currently valid payment method, and it may be updated if necessary or include purchase proceeded through a third-party account. In case of not terminating the subscription until the payment date, the membership fee for the next period will be charged through the user’s payment method (refer the text about the ‘termination’ below).
1.2. MovieCon can offer a variety of membership plans. Some membership plans may have different terms and restrictions, which will be disclosed upon your subscription or in other communications provided to you. You can find specific information about your MovieCon membership by visiting the MovieCon website and clicking on the "Account" link at the top of the MovieCon website page under your profile name.
2. Membership Privilege
2.1. MovieCon registration is free. Users who registered with free membership may enjoy limited amount of all contents provided by MovieCon.
2.2. In order to open and view all the contents of MovieCon, users must register in ‘Subscription’, the paid service provided by MovieCon.
3. Payment and Cancellation
3.1. Payment cycle. Subscription fees for the MovieCon Service incurred in connection with your use of the service will be charged to the payment method registered on the payment date indicated on the ‘Account’ page. You can check your next payment date by going to the MovieCon web/App and clicking the ‘Membership and Payment Information’ on the 'Account' page.
3.2. Payment method. In order to use the MovieCon Subscription Service, you must provide at least one payment method. Members are responsible for any outstanding amount. If the member does not delete the account even though the payment has not been processed normally due to the expiration of the validity period or insufficient balance, the member's use of the service may be restricted until the valid payment method is charged.
3.3. Termination. You can cancel your MovieCon Subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription membership will no longer be automatically charged for the next billing cycle. You'll continue to have access by the due date of billing cycle. To cancel the subscription, please go to the "Account" page, click the “Subscription Setting”, and follow the instructions.
3.4 Changes to Fees and Membership. MovieCon may change service fees and memberships. MovieCon notifies members of changes to service fees and membership, including when to apply, and obtains consent. Members may terminate their MovieCon membership if they do not agree to following changes.
4. MovieCon Service
4.1. The MovieCon service and any content you view through the service is for personal and non-commercial use only and should not be shared with anyone other than your family. During the term of your MovieCon membership, MovieCon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the MovieCon Service and view MovieCon Content. Except as noted above, no right, title or interest is transferred to you. You agree not to use the Services for public performances.
4.2. You may only watch MovieCon Content from geographic locations that provide our Services and license such Content primarily within the country where you have set up your account. The content available for viewing varies by geographic location and changes from time to time. MovieCon services including content library are updated regularly. We also continuously test various aspects of our Services, including the availability of our website, user interface, promotional features and MovieCon content.
4.3. You agree to use the MovieCon Services, including all relevant functions, subject to any applicable laws, rules and regulations or other restrictions on the use of the Services or Content. You shall retain, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works of, offer to sell or use (except as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use) any Content and Information contained in or obtained from the MovieCon Service. You further agree not to circumvent, remove, alter, disable, degrade, or interfere with the content protection of the MovieCon Service. You must not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the MovieCon Service; decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other product or process accessible through the MovieCon Service; insert code or products. Also, you must not manipulate the contents of the MovieCon service in any way or use data mining, data collection or extraction methods. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you will not upload, describe, email, or transmit any material intended to destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or communication equipment related to the MovieCon Service, including software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs. You shall agree that MovieCon may terminate or restrict your use of the Services if you violate Sections 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3 of these Terms of Use or are engaged in piracy, identity theft, unauthorized credit card use, or other similar fraudulent or illegal activity.
4.4. The display quality of MovieCon content may vary from device to device and may be affected by various factors such as your location, available bandwidth and/or internet connection speed. HD, Full HD availability is subject to internet service and device capabilities. Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD or Full HD. The minimum connection speed for SD quality is 3Mbps. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data charges. The amount of time it takes to start watching MovieCon content depends on several factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the content you choose, and the configuration of your MovieCon-enabled device.
4.5. MovieCon software was developed by or for MovieCon and is designed to view MovieCon content through MovieCon-enabled devices. This software may vary by device and medium, and its features and functions may vary from device to device.
5. Password and account access
The member who created the MovieCon account (the "Account Holder") has access to and control over the MovieCon account and is responsible for all activities that occur using the MovieCon account. MovieCon may terminate or suspend your Account to protect you, MovieCon or others from account hacking, identity theft or other similar fraudulent or illegal activity.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
MovieCon will endeavor to provide stable service. However, the service may be interrupted, or errors may occur without the responsibility of MovieCon. MovieCon is only liable for damages caused intentionally or negligently. MovieCon shall not be liable for damages beyond the normal scope due to special circumstances, except for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence.
7. Others
7.1. Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
7.2. Unsolicited material. MovieCon does not accept unsolicited material or ideas for MovieCon content and is not responsible for any material or programming similarity in content or programming in any medium to materials or ideas transmitted to MovieCon.
7.3. Customer Support. For more information about MovieCon services and features, or if you need help with your account, please visit the Customer Center on the MovieCon website. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and information provided by Customer Support or elsewhere on the MovieCon website, these Terms of Use shall control.
7.4. Changes to Terms of Use and Assignments. MovieCon may change these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days prior to any such change becoming effective to you. We may assign or transfer our contract with you, including any relevant rights and obligations, in accordance with the procedures required by applicable law, and we may terminate your membership at any time if you do not agree.
7.5. Electronic Communication. MovieCon will only send you information related to your account (e.g., personal information, password, etc.) in electronic format, such as by sending an email to the email address you provided during registration.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains the way of treatment of the information which is provided or collected in the websites on which this Policy is posted.
